CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-IN?
Yes, the luggage can be stored free of charge after check-out. The luggage can also be stored before 3.30 pm by appointment. Please call (08 9904 7342)
CAN I ARRIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
No, unfortunately we do not have 24 hours reception.
ARE TOWELS SUPPLIED IN ALL ROOMS?
Towels are provided for private rooms only, however towels are available for 5 AUD.
DOES YOUR HOSTEL ACCEPT PETS?
No we are not pet friendly.
CAN I BRING GUESTS IN WHO AREN’T STAYING IN THE HOSTEL?
For security reasons visitors are not permitted on the property.
DO YOU HAVE A KITCHEN TO COOK MY OWN MEAL?
Yes we have a wonderful fully equipped kitchen with ample space for everyone.
DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION FOR CHECK IN?
Yes, we have a laundry facility, a fee of 10 AUD applies. In addition, there is a laundromat two minutes walk from the hostel.
Yes, we have security parking with 24 hour video surveillance.
The minimum age for sole travellers is 18 years.
IS THERE FREE WIFI?
Yes, we have free WiFi.
IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS?
We do not have air conditioning in the rooms, however there are fans in each room.
IS SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS?
No, smoking isn´t allowed, there is a designated smoking area. Also e-cigarettes are not allowed. If you don´t follow these rules you have to expect a fine of 100 AUD.
IS NETFLIX AVAILABE?
Yes we have smart TVs in the lounges and Netflix is installed on them.
